Living with Confidence

The adult class is designed for people who have older children in high school+ age. The format is interactive and focus is on discussion related to various material presented. This class is designed for the person who wants to ask “Why does the Bible say that?” and “What does this mean for me?” Material typically comes from the Dialogue series or from contemporary Christian books.

 Upper Room- Faith Connections

Faith Connections is an in-depth Bible study of various chapters of the Bible where the participants will learn each week how Biblical truths meet their daily lives. During this study, material is given to encourage everyone throughout the week and discussion of the material is encouraged for group and individual growth. Come join us as we learn together how the Bible applies to our lives today.

Discipleship Training

Time: Sunday 9:30am
Place: Rm 216 (Stage 1), Rm 218 (Stage 2)
This is a rigorous course of discipleship that will lead you into spiritual growth that you never thought possible. The course is a totalof 36 weeks long, but will be broken down into four nine-week segments. You will have a choice to sign up every nine weeks for the next segment.
Though intense, you will find this course to be one of the most rewarding of your life because it will draw you into a deeper relationship with God.
Discipleship: Stage 2 can be taken after completion of 36 weeks of Discipleship: Stage 1.

 Gospel Sing
Leaders: Graham and Darlene Crow
Time: 5:00pm on the 2nd Sunday each month
Place: At the Crow's home
The Gospel Sing will be approximately one hour long. Our purpose is to fellowship and worship together in a warm, friendly setting. This will be a fast moving, but inspiring grouping of special music, along with everyone joining in singing old hymns and gospel songs. If you are interested in playing, singing a special, or even just want more information, we encourage you to volunteer by contacting Graham and Darlene.

 Lunch Bunch

Place: Different Restaurants
Ladies, if you need a break and can get away for lunch, come join us! This is a great chance to get to know other ladies over lunch at a different restaurant each month. Location varies, but call the church office for information on this month's gathering. If you contact us with an email address, RuthAnn will send monthly reminders with the details.

 West Avenue Compassion Food Pantry

Place: SAFNAZ Lobby
We would love for you to come help us on Tuesdays in anyway you can. We have many ways you can volunteer. Volunteers begin arriving around 11am. We also would ask that if you would like to bring any donations of non-perishable items, or clothing for our clothes pantry, that would be wonderful.

Place: Fellowship Hall
Join us for a rousing game of dominoes. Our purpose is to fellowship, pray, and have fun together. We plan to eat lunch during our play, so bring a sack lunch for the break. Coffee and tea will be provided, salad and dessert will be arranged.
