About the Pantry
* Every Tuesday we pick up food from the San Antonio Food bank and a few other sources.
* It typically takes between 20-25 volunteers each week to distribute the food and clothing.
* We average between 120 and 150 families each week, and approximately 20 percent of those are first time attendees.
* Since our opening in June of '09, we have served approximately 1,200 families with over 5,000 boxes of food.
